Choose who can add new keywords

An organization can decide for itself whether people other than administrators should be able to create new keywords.

  1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

  2. Select Organization Settings.

  3. Select Metadata and then Metadata field.

  4. Click Edit on the Keyword bar.

  5. If you want to allow everyone to add new keywords, switch on "Allow everyone".

  6. If all other administrators should only be able to add predefined keywords, switch on "Only allow adding predefined keywords to assets".
