Standard metadata

You can enter default metadata under user settings for all assets you upload. This is a useful feature when you upload a group of assets that should have the same text or metadata in some or all of the fields. Turn the feature on and off and customize the content of the standardized assets to your needs. You can also set a destination for uploads via FTP and APP here.

Standard metadata is linked to the user and not the organisation.

1. Click on your profile picture in the top right corner.

2. Select User Settings.

3. Select Default Metadata.

Or

1. Go to Uploads.

2. Click Edit Default Metadata.

Administrators can enter standard metadata for other users by selecting from the drop-down menu at the top of the form.
