Statistics

The mediebank statistics page offers advanced data on asset downloads, previews, metadata quality and search hits to keep you informed and in control.

 

 

 

Organization

To access organization wide statistics:

  • Go to Organization settings

  • Select Statistics

  • Choose the type of statistics you want

 

Usage

Under Usage, you can find the following metrics:

  • Total asset count

  • Total storage used (in byte)

  • User count

  • User activity for authenticated users

 

Trends

Trends give you information on what assets are most downloaded and previewed, what search strings are the most popular and how many visitors you have to your sites. You may choose to see metrics for a given platform, or specify a timeframe if you want.

 

Content

The content page gives you an overview over the content in your mediebank.

The following metrics are available:

  • Metadata quality: Overview of how your metadata aligns with your organization's defined criteria

  • Verifications: The verifications status of all assets in your organization

  • Keywords: Most popular keywords in your organization

  • Persons: Registered people in your directory

  • Unknown persons: Recognized faces without assigned names

     

     

Instance

Only instance-admins are allowed to see instance-wide statistics

To access instance-wide statistics:

  • Go to System settings

  • Select Statistics

  • Choose the type of statistics you want

 

 


Usage

  • Total storage used for the instance

You may apply a filter to see usage statistics for a specific organization.
