Create a guest user

In order to create a guest user, follow these steps:

  • Click your profile picture at the top right corner.

  • Select Organization Settings.

  • Choose Users and then Guest Users.

  • Select Create Guest.

You need to add the following information:

 

  • Contact information: Provide the necessary contact details for the guest user.

 

  • Destination: Choose whether the guest will have the ability to upload files directly to your gallery or if they should go to the inbox. Selecting the inbox option allows you to review the material before it becomes accessible to everyone in your organization.

 

  • FTP access: Decide if the guest should have the ability to upload files to the media bank via FTP.

 

  • Access duration: Specify how long the guest will have access.
