Extend or restore guest user access

You can restore previous guest users or extend the time period for which the guest user can upload images to the Mediebank.

  • Click your profile picture at the top right corner.

  • Select Organization Settings.

  • Choose Users and then Guest Users.

  • Click on the toggle switch in the Active column to restore the user, or edit the settings by clicking on the three dots to the right.

  • Click on the three dots and select Send Invitation to send a new link.
