Send a consent request
You can send a consent request anywhere you see an image in the Mediebank. These verifications can be for a single image or multiple images at once. The requests are sent by email to all people in the assets you have selected.
Tip: Make sure all relevant people are tagged before sending the request
Request consent for an image in uploads
Select an asset and scroll down to the bottom of the metadata menu.
Click "Request consent."
Add email adresses for all people in the selected assets, and verify that you send the consent request to all the people you want in the chosen assets.
Click “Next”, and select the terms and conditions you want the people in the assets to consent to, and click “Next” to write a personal message to the recipient, if you want to.
Click «Request consent» to send the consent request.
Request consent from Gallery, My Disk, or a collection
Select the assets you want to request consent for, right-click, and select "Request consent."
Click "Request consent."
Add email adresses for all people in the selected assets, and verify that you send the consent request to all the people you want in the chosen assets.
Click “Next”, and select the terms and conditions you want the people in the assets to consent to, and click “Next” to write a personal message to the recipient, if you want to.
Click «Request consent» to send the consent request.
Click on "Create" and send the request.
Request verification for all images of a person
Go to "Persons" from the main menu on the left side.
Select list view.
Choose a person from the list and click the three dots in line with the person's name.
Click “Request consent"
Click “Next”, and select the terms and conditions you want the people in the assets to consent to, and click “Next” to write a personal message to the recipient, if you want to.
Click on "Create Verification" and send the request.
