Send a Verification Request

You can send a verification request anywhere you see an image in the Mediebank. These verifications can be for a single image or multiple images at once.

Obtain Verification for an Image in Uploads

• Select an image and scroll down to the bottom of the metadata menu.

• Click on "Create Verification."

• Fill in the contact information and select the terms and conditions you want the person to agree to.

• Click on "Create Verification" and send the request.

Obtain Verification for a Single Image from Gallery, My Disk, or a Collection

• Right-click on the image you want to verify and select "Create Verification."

• Fill in the contact information and select the terms and conditions you want the person to agree to.

• Click on "Create" and send the request.

Obtain Verification for Multiple Images from Gallery, My Disk, or a Collection

• Select the images you want to verify.

• Right-click and choose "Create Verification."

• Fill in the contact information and select the terms and conditions you want the person to agree to.

• Click on "Create Verification" and send the request.

Obtain Verification for All Images of a Person

• Go to "Persons" from the main menu on the left side.

• Select list view.

• Choose a person from the list and click the three dots in line with the person's name.

• Click on "Create Verification."

• Fill in the contact information and select the terms and conditions you want the person to agree to.

• Click on "Create Verification" and send the request.

Upload Existing Consents
If you already have written approval for storing and using an image, you can upload it as a PDF. When you open the verification module, you can choose "Upload Consent" to attach a file. Instead of sending a request, the image will automatically be approved.
