The distributor reserves the right to reject any asset they do not want to distribute through their image portal.

The main reason assets may be rejected is privacy concerns, specifically if the image subjects' right to their own image (relating to Norwegian Copyright law) is not respected. This applies to identifiable private individuals who are not model-released, not public figures for editorial use.

If NTB deems the metadata tagging to be insufficient, feedback will be provided.
