User roles

The Mediebank comes with the following default user roles:

  • Administrator: Has all rights and can modify and edit all media files.

  • Superuser: Can edit own files, upload files, view files, and download files.

  • User: Can view and download files.


If your organization has SSO, there is also a user access at a higher level:

  • Instance Admin: Has editing rights in all organizations within the instance.

Administrators can also create custom roles.
