Structure of the Mediebank

The Mediebank predominantly consist of the following levels:

• Users: Users are the individual members who interact with the Mediebank. All users belong to an organization.

• Organization: An organization is the main area of the mediebank. All assets and users belong to an organization, and most features and functionality is available on an organization level. All organizations belong to an instance.

• Instance: An Instance is the highest level of the Mediebank. When an instance contains more than one organization certain permissions and functionality may be enabled at the instance level, such as asset sharing across the organizations within the instance.
