Share albums internally

When you create an album, by default, only you have access to it. If you want others to access it, you can do it by the following steps:

  • Click on Albums in the main navigation on the left side.

  • Find the album you want to share and select it.

  • Click on the Share button.

  • Choose the user who should have access to the album and click Save.

 

When sharing an album, you may choose if the user should be able to edit the album.

 

You can choose to share albums with:

  • Users: If you share the album with one or more users, they will have access to the album from the album overview.

  • Groups: If you share the album with a group, all group members will have access to the album.

  • Your Mediebank: If you share the album with your media bank, all users in your media bank will have access to the album from the album overview.
