The primary dashboard that facilitates searching and browsing through your business areas (organization) assets. It serves as a platform to showcase and share visual content with others.

The asset gallery supports displaying images and videos and can take various forms, depending on the intended purpose and design preferences.

Gallery view

• Thumbnail Gallery: This type of gallery displays thumbnails for easy scrolling, and represent larger versions of the assets. Clicking on a thumbnail opens a larger version.

• Grid gallery: Displays thumbnails, headlines and descriptions to enhance the user experience and provide additional context.

Quick actions

You may download or set the placement of an asset by clicking the associated quick action buttons that appear when you hover over an asset.

When you right click an asset, a dropdown menu appears containing various options and actions to choose from. The dropdown menu might include:

• Select: Select one or several assets to perform actions through the top menu

• Preview: Opens a larger version of an asset

• Add to album: Add the image to a specific album

• Send to FTP: Send asset to an FTP

• Send by email: Share assets through email

• Download: This option allows users to save the image to their device for offline use or further manipulation.

• Send to Photoshop: Open assets in Photoshop to edit

• Edit information: This option displays additional information about the image, such as its title, description, tags, or metadata. Users may have the ability to edit the image, apply filters, crop, or make other adjustments

• Submit to AI processing: Provide additional functionality, such as the ability to tag assets

• Create verification: Create verification and send request

• Delete: In cases where users have uploaded their own images, they may have the option to delete the image from the gallery.
