You can have files that are only visible to you in My Disk - a separate area just for you. Here you can store, view and edit images before they are published in the Media Bank. These files will not be in the gallery until you manually place them there.
Select one or more files and select + to set destination.
Tick My Disk.
Select My Disk on the menu bar on the left to view the files.
Remove files from My Disk by pressing the delete button.
Move files to gallery by pressing + to set new destination.
Check for Gallery.
Administrators can have access to My disk and retrieve other people's files
