IntraInter-organizational sharing
Organizations within an instance may be allowed to share assets directly between one another, if they have activated one or both of the following instance-features:
Shared collectionsCollection sharing: If this feature is activated, admins may share collections with other organizations within the same instance. When more than one organization is given access to a collection, all users in those organizations can access the assets within it. All organizations with access to a collection may add assets to it.
Cross-organizational search: When this feature is activated, users may choose whether they want to search for assets in all organizations, or only their own.
