Gallery
This is the primary dashboard and view of your assets. The asset thumbnails displayed in the gallery will initially be the assets belonging to the owner(s) linked to your user. The assets are sorted by the date they were archived, so if no search has been performed, the user will see the newest images or videos at the top.
The gallery allows the user to navigate the archive by searching, filtering, making selections, uploading and accessing all user related features.
Clicking on a thumbnail opens a larger version.
In the gallery, you can perform several actions from each thumbnail:
Info icon Preview of description text and credit.
Select Select one or more assets when you want to edit the asset
Add to album Add one or more assets to an album directly from the gallery
Other icons can be visible on the thumbnails. These icons indicates different actions that has been performed via the Edit panel. E.g. if the asset and its metadata has been translated and exported via FTP, a T and an E will appear on the asset thumbnail. An icon showing a hand will appear on an asset that has been marked as a handout, and any images that have the status as hidden, will be marked with a red eye icon.
