Existing customers

All customers have their own News Archive instance. Once the instance is set up, existing customers can import their assets directly to the News Archive without need for manual handling.

The News Archive will automatically add the imported contents to the corresponding publication on import.

Creating new publications

The News Archive adds a new publication if the imported contents have a publication identifier that does not already exist in the system.

If you want to create a new publication in the system, simply import some content with a new publication key.

New customers

For new customers, the News Archive instance needs to be set up manually by NTB staff prior to imports.
