You can upload files to the media bank if you are a superuser or higher.

Images can be uploaded to the media bank in the following ways:

• Drag-and-drop: You can upload files with drag-and-drop from anywhere in the media bank.

• Upload button: When you are in the gallery, click on "Upload files" at the top right of the screen. This will open your file explorer, and you can choose which files to upload.

• Via the upload page: Click on Uploads in the main navigation on the left side of the page, and use the area where it says Drag files in or click here to upload.
  

Once you have uploaded files to the media bank, you will be taken to the upload page. Clicking on the checkmark symbol at the bottom left of the image will bring up a column on the right side of the page where you can choose the destination and edit the metadata of the image.

You can choose from the following destinations:

• Gallery: The image will be added to the gallery and will be available to all users in the organization.

• Collection: The image will be placed in a collection and will be available to users who have access to the collection. Note that collections may have different names, but Collection will always appear behind the name in parentheses.

• Album: The image will be added to an album.

• My Disk: The image will be added to My Disk and will only be available to yourself.
