Go to the inbox.
Highlight assets, add metadata by clicking the Edit Metadata button.
Click the Add All to Gallery button, or select the assets you want to add and click Add to Gallery.

A guest user is a user who does not have access to view the files in the Mediebank but does have access to upload files. This is suitable if you need to receive files from external contributors who should not have access to view the content in the Mediebank, e.g. freelance photographers or other external contributors.
When you create a guest user, the guest will receive an upload link or FTP-client where they can upload files and add metadata. After the files have been uploaded, you will be notified, and the files will become available in the Mediebank.
